BMR Gardens

BMR Garden was developed with a strong focus on vertical proportion, façade rhythm, and podium integration to establish a refined high-rise composition. The massing emphasizes clean geometry, balanced solid–void relationships, and layered balconies to create depth, shadow play, and architectural clarity. The entrance axis is deliberately framed to define hierarchy, transition scale, and create a confident urban arrival experience.

The project was translated into a highly detailed 3D environment through precise modeling, accurate material mapping, and physically responsive lighting setups. Façade textures, landscape elements, and contextual surroundings were carefully articulated to enhance realism and spatial depth. The walkthrough was strategically choreographed to control perspective, reveal scale progressively, and communicate the architectural narrative with clarity and impact.
